昨天路过一个体重称，走过去称了立刻吓一跳，我靠，又瘦两斤。

前段时间锻炼出来的肌肉现在貌似在萎缩，即使去游了几天泳也不见得有什么好转。现在看着8月份就要结束了，真正巨大的困难和压力就要落到我的身上，有些事情可以侥幸逃避，不去想，但是真正来到你面前的时候，睁开眼睛，就是它，活生生的在你面前。

多么希望有人对我说声：“别怕，会挺过去的，我相信你”。以前我经常教别人遇到困难时就去寻找自己的精神支柱，这样可以把困难挺过去，这就有点像重力作用于某一物体时，物体会产生反作用力一样，可惜这是人生，不是物理。

another evening of sublime self-destruction
to the tune of 1000 cigarettes
where every nail thats hammered into your spirit
well it wasnt able to sink you just yet

and television is just some weak anaesthetic
to numb the senses til you’re out like a light
like all these drugs they seem to promise you the earth
but then they dont keep you warm in the night
